Our Maryland and Virginia installation crews have partnered with Windows on Washington for 18+ years. Now we're looking to build a lasting relationship with an exceptional crew in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• 5+ years of window and door installation or remodeling experience.

• Pride in protecting customers' homes, communicating clearly and leaving every job finished properly.

• Practical knowledge of DC rowhouses, historic-review requirements, permits, lead-safe work and tight-site logistics.

• Ability to transport windows and doors from our Northern Virginia warehouse to job sites in DC.

• Tools and expertise to complete the work, including brake work, capping and caulking.

• Ability to manage a crew and complete jobs while maintaining quality.

• Relevant insurance and certificates of insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, Auto Liability and Workers' Compensation.

• Appropriate DC licensing and lead-safe credentials.

• References and photos from comparable projects, plus availability for a paid skills assessment.
