Our Maryland and Virginia installation crews have partnered with Windows on Washington for 18+ years. Now we're looking to build a lasting relationship with an exceptional crew in Washington, DC.

If you've built a skilled crew and know DC homes inside and out, we'd like to meet you.
Become our primary DC installation team. We're targeting 3–5 residential jobs per week when we open DC, with the goal of increasing volume as the market grows.

Training opportunities as they arise.
5+ years of window and door installation or remodeling experience.
Pride in protecting customers' homes, communicating clearly and leaving every job finished properly.
Practical knowledge of DC rowhouses, historic-review requirements, permits, lead-safe work and tight-site logistics.
Ability to transport windows and doors from our Northern Virginia warehouse to job sites in DC.
Tools and expertise to complete the work, including brake work, capping and caulking.
Ability to manage a crew and complete jobs while maintaining quality.
Relevant insurance and certificates of insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, Auto Liability and Workers' Compensation.
Appropriate DC licensing and lead-safe credentials.
References and photos from comparable projects, plus availability for a paid skills assessment.
