About 210 lb of cast-iron weights. Everything is 1-inch standard, so the plates fit the included dumbbell handles or any standard barbell.

Included:
- Four 25 lb grip plates
- Four 10 lb grip plates
- Four 5 lb and four 2.5 lb plates
- Two 14" threaded dumbbell handles with four spin-lock collars
- Carrying case for the handles and small plates
- Pair of 15 lb hex dumbbells

All in good shape, with light surface wear.

$150 for everything. I’ll split it into these groups:
- Four 25 lb plates: $75
- Four 10 lb plates: $30
- Dumbbell handles, collars, 5s and 2.5s, with case: $35
- 15 lb hex dumbbells (pair): $25
