Rent is $1,884 per month plus utilities but I will cover electricity and wifi cost until February 3rd. Willing to negotiate slightly on the price. In unit washer and dryer, front desk assistance 24/7, rooftop pool, and optional underground parking for $300 per month. Pets are allowed with additional fee. Similar units are going for $2,110 baseline rent price right now so this is below market price. You will have to apply and I can cover the application fee, but be prepared to confirm your gross monthly income is 3x monthly rent.
In terms of furniture, I am open to a discussion on items I am willing to part with at no cost! I am looking to take my bed/bed frame, desk items, living room rug, TV/electronics, and kitchen items. However, I can leave behind some kitchen items and an air mattress to help you get by.
