I am in the process of changing job and moving.
A few months remain in the existing 12 months lease. You can stay for weeks or 1-2 months. There is a possibility of taking over the lease, renewing or of continuing month to month.
There is a swimming pool and gym (gym open 24 hours). Laundry facilities on the floor.
I have lived here several years and have been very happy with the place and the location. The apartment is a few blocks from the Red line Van Ness metro and close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and Politics &Prose. It is in one of the best neighborhoods in DC. Ample parking is available on the streets.
