**What You'll Do**
- Clean residential apartments, condos, and rowhouses using industry-standard techniques
- Work with supplied cleaning equipment and products
- Master client preferences and deliver consistent quality
- Maintain detailed cleaning standards across multiple properties
- Perform equipment and supply inventory checks
- Travel between jobs in DC's neighborhoods
**Requirements**
- Reliable transportation to job sites — you'll use your own car to get between jobs
- Comfortable traveling between neighborhoods during the workday
- Able to perform physical cleaning work, including stairs and walk-up buildings
- Smartphone for scheduling and client notes
- U.S. work authorization
**Qualifications**
- Okay with a background check (Required)
- You are authorized to work in the United States (Required)
- Must be over 18 years old (Required)
- Must have reliable transportation (Required)
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
