HOURS: 8-hour workdays; 6:30 am – 3:30 pm
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday; approximately 40 hours/week

Bobcat Operator Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is looking for experienced Bobcat Operators to support a commercial demolition project in Washington, DC. Operators will be responsible for safely operating skid steer/bobcat equipment to clear demolition debris, move materials, break and remove concrete, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Candidates must be comfortable working in an active demolition environment and following all site safety procedures.
Qualifications for Bobcat Operator:
3+ years of experience operating a Bobcat/Skid Steer on commercial construction or demolition projects.
Experience clearing demolition rubble, hauling debris, loading dumpsters, and moving materials.
Experience breaking and removing concrete using attachments is preferred.
Ability to safely inspect, operate, and maintain equipment.
Must be able to safely use hand and power tools as needed.
Must be able to perform job duties requiring standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Position requires the use of PPE.
Additional Requirements for Bobcat Operator:
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
