The Role
We are looking for seasoned Servers who are passionate about great food, fine wine, and genuine human connection. As a server at Alfie’s, you aren't just taking orders—you’re telling the story of our menu, guiding guests through regional Thai culinary traditions, and creating memorable, fun dining experiences.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven Experience: At least 2+ years of high-volume, full-service dining experience.
• Wine Knowledge: Solid understanding of wine varieties, flavor profiles, and pairing principles (knowledge of natural, low-intervention, or aromatic white wines is a big plus!).
• Infectious Energy: Fun, engaging, and enthusiastic personality that lights up the dining room.
• Hospitality Mindset: A natural inclination toward warmth, attentiveness, and going above and beyond for every guest.
• Curiosity & Passion: Eagerness to learn about regional Thai ingredients, techniques, and flavor profiles to confidently guide our guests.
• Team First: Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit with both Front of House and Back of House.
