La Casina DC is a family-owned Italian restaurant specializing in Pinsa Romana, a traditional Roman concept different from classic pizza. Our pinsa is made with a distinctive flour blend, long fermentation, and baked in a wood-fired oven, creating a light, crisp and highly digestible dough.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and professional Server to join our small team.
What we’re looking for

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Experience or knowledge of Italian food and wine is a plus
• Warm, attentive and professional customer service
• Ability to explain our menu and the difference between pinsa and traditional pizza
• Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented restaurant
• Reliable and available Tuesday through Saturday evenings
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
