Are you the parents of child between 10-17 years-old with behavior issues? We’re recruiting families for a new online research study at Georgetown University!
The Impacts on Development: Experiences of Affiliation (IDEA) Study aims to gain a deeper understanding of how children and teens learn empathy and caring behaviors. This study is broken into two parts:
•The first is a Zoom call with you and your child. During this call you both will be asked to complete online surveys. Your child will also complete a series of games on the computer.
•The second part of the study will last for 2-weeks in which you will be asked to complete brief 3-minute surveys sent via text message. If your child has a phone they are also welcome to participate in this portion of the study. Following this you will be sent a final parent online survey.
Families can receive up to $120 for completing all parts of the study.
This study is led by Samantha Perlstein, PhD and Abigail Marsh, PhD. Click here to sign-up and learn more: https://georgetown.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3yZX7iatrfgtRSC
