Seeking dependable subcontractors and established field crews for property preservation and maintenance assignments.
COVERAGE AREAS
• Maryland: Prince George’s, Montgomery, Charles, and Baltimore counties, plus Baltimore City
• Washington, DC
• Virginia: Alexandria and Fairfax
SERVICES NEEDED
• Winterization
• Securing and lock changes
• Boarding
• Property repairs
• Inspections and photo documentation
• Trash-outs and debris hauling
• Interior and exterior cleaning
• Grass cuts and landscaping
• Snow removal
Applicants may provide one or several services and cover selected counties or ZIP codes.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Relevant experience and appropriate tools/equipment
