Position Description: The Project Coordinator will be critical in supporting the administrative and logistical needs of programs that expand our organization’s community services and strengthen relationships with vendors and stakeholders. This position will assist program staff in managing year-round rebuilding projects and ensure seamless communication between all parties involved. The Part-Time position reports to the Director of Programs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Speak with and/or visit potential clients as part of the initial intake and assessment process. 15-20 phone calls a day. Enter client intake call into data base.
• Maintain comprehensive project records in Salesforce and MS OneDrive.
• Liaise between contractors and clients to promote and improve services and communication.
• Communicate project status and requirements to the supervisor.
• Support Program Managers with volunteer events.
• Generate timely project reports from Salesforce to inform supervisors on project status and resource needs.
• Perform additional tasks assigned to support the success of programs and projects.
Minimum Qualifications Required
• Demonstrated ability to take primary responsibility for a diverse number of projects and complete them in a timely manner with limited supervision.
•Have a current/valid driver’s license.
•Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Comfort navigating homes and construction sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizational CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ability to learn other database systems is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $26,000
• Work Week: Monday-Thursday / Twenty (20) hours per-week, 5-hours/day onsite.
• Paid Time Off: Part-Time staff receive Paid Time Off (PTO) package.

Contract Termination
The right of Rebuilding Together DC Alexandria or the employee to terminate this agreement at any time is fully recognized. In such instances, as a professional courtesy, both parties are strongly encouraged to provide at least two weeks’ notice.
