$860 Private room in cute townhouse (waterfront)

About us: We're 3 30-somethings, 2 women (lawyers) and 1 man (journalist/editor). We're really low key and mostly do our own things, but like a game night, playing tennis, or watching a funny show.
About the place: You'd have your own room (unfurnished) with a closet and a big window facing a courtyard. You'd share the bathroom with the man. The townhouse has a big patio that we fill with plants, a washer/dryer in-unit, and parking available for an additional fee. The townhouse is less than a 10 minute walk to the Waterfront metro and grocery store, and right in between the Wharf and Navy Yard. There are a ton of bus lines around us too.
What we're looking for: A guy who is easy going, clean, and friendly. Ideally 6+ month rental. Sorry, no pets.
Cost: Rent is $860, due by Venmo before the first of the month. Rent includes all utilities. Cable/Internet is around $80 each, and shared costs (paper towels, dish soap etc) are around $15 a month. An $860 security deposit and the first month's rent ($1720 total) is due by venmo before move in.
