Bradshaw Cleaning Company is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Washington, DC, Prince George's County, Arlington, and Alexandria.
We are seeking reliable, friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working with others, and are committed to providing excellent cleaning services.
We have plenty of work available and are looking for individuals who are ready to start immediately!
WHAT WE OFFER:
• Starting pay of $17/hour during paid training

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• POSITIVE, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE!
• Strong work ethic and excellent attendance
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Previous residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures
• MUST BE COACHABLE and willing to accept constructive feedback
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative
• Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other household pets
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Respectful, cooperative, and able to work well with others
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Available full-time, Monday–Friday
• Reliable transportation to designated Metro meeting locations in DC/MD each morning
