I am a young professional in my early 30's looking for short term housing (a bedroom in a house or 1bbed 1 bath) in DC. If you are going out of town and need someone to house sit for you, I would be happy to assist. Ideally, I am looking for short term stay of 6 months. I do not plan on staying longer than 6 months.
About me: This year I made a career change which meant making big cut backs in housing, and other financial obligations. After 10 months living outside of DC, I am ready to move back into the city to finalize my new career path (interviews, networking events, etc.) I am not making consistent income to qualify for an apt at the moment, but I will move into my new apt once I start my new job.
