AM Solution LLC is looking for tech-savvy, mechanically inclined individuals interested in hands-on commercial IT, AV, networking, and security camera work.
If you enjoy building PCs, troubleshooting electronics, setting up Wi-Fi, working with audio systems, or figuring out how technology works, this could be a great fit.
NO COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Install and troubleshoot commercial TVs, speakers, cameras, and network devices.
- Pull, terminate, organize, and test Cat6 and low-voltage cabling.
- Assist with Wi-Fi access points, network switches, routers, and equipment racks.
- Help diagnose equipment problems and perform service calls.
- Mount equipment, operate power tools, and work safely on ladders.
- Learn how commercial IT, AV, audio, and security systems connect and operate.
WHO WE WANT:
Someone who enjoys technology, thinks independently, learns quickly, and takes pride in solving problems.
Experience building gaming PCs, repairing electronics, installing car audio, setting up home networks, or working with tools is a plus.
We're looking for dependable people who enjoy both the technical and physical sides of the job.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable personal transportation to DMV-area job sites.
- Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and ladders.
- Able to perform physical installation work and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Professional, punctual, and dependable.
- Available for flexible weekday projects and occasional evenings/weekends.
- Willing to learn and follow technical instructions.
PAY & SCHEDULE:
$18–$22/hour, depending on experience and tool skills.
Part-time, flexible, project-based work. Hours vary based on scheduled installations and service calls.
Work throughout Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.
