Help Needed for Film Screening Setup – Benches, Screen & Equipment (Washington, DC — Dupont Circle)

I'm looking for one reliable person to help with some straightforward setup tasks for a film screening at a venue in Washington, DC, on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 5:30–7:30 PM.
The tasks include:
1. Move benches: Help slide benches across the floor into position. No lifting is required; the benches simply need to be slid into place.
2. Help assemble a projection screen: Help assemble and set up a large freestanding projection screen, including putting together the frame and attaching the screen material. An AV team member will be present to assist and guide you.
3. Assist with AV setup: Help the AV team bring some equipment into the room and position it as directed.
No specialized AV experience is necessary. I'm looking for someone who is dependable, careful, reasonably handy, and comfortable with light physical work.
Time: 2 hours (but this could be a recurring gig)
