Our crews arrive ready to work with standard painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, ladders and drop cloths.
You purchase the paint yourself, so there are no contractor paint markups or hidden material charges. We can also help you take advantage of available paint-store discounts.
Perfect for homeowners who already know what they want painted and would rather spend their money on the actual work instead of paying for salespeople and lengthy in-home estimates.
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, hallways, rental properties, move-in and move-out projects and more.
As a general guideline, one painter can complete approximately 375 sq. ft. or 2–3 average rooms during a workday. Every project is different, and preparation, repairs, additional coats, ceilings, trim and major color changes can affect production.
Have more work ready. If your painter finishes one area ahead of schedule, we can move on to the next project and keep working for the remainder of the day.
Need more time? Additional days or painters can be scheduled based on availability, and additional time can be pro-rated when applicable.
