Knock It Out Handyman, based in Washington, IL, is looking for an experienced one-person handyman/remodeling business to take on overflow projects in the Washington/Peoria area.
I am not looking for an employee. I’m looking for an independent owner/operator who already has their own tools, transportation, experience, and preferably liability insurance.
I generate the leads, meet with customers, and have more opportunities coming in than I can handle with my current schedule.
Projects may include:
• Bathroom and kitchen remodeling
• Drywall and finishing
• Carpentry and trim
• Doors and windows
• Flooring
• Framing
• Tile work
• General repairs and remodeling
I’m looking for someone who shows up when they say they will, communicates well, does quality work, and treats customers’ homes with respect.
Work would be offered on a project-by-project basis. You are free to accept or decline projects depending on your schedule. If we work well together, this could turn into a steady source of additional jobs.
