The Role
We are looking for an experienced sous chef to help manage and operate the kitchen along with the chef / owners.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven Experience: At least 2+ years of high-volume, full-service cooking experience as a sous chef or higher.
• Ordering and inventory experience.
• Staff training and collaborative management experience.
• Hospitality Mindset: A natural inclination toward warmth, attentiveness, and going above and beyond for every guest.
• Meticulous sense of organization and adherence to health protocols
• Team First: Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit with both Front of House and Back of House.
