From a small collection of original David Blackburn works from his Georgetown University/Washington, D.C. period (1981–1982). That period is historically significant in his career because he was a visiting professor at Georgetown, and his work briefly reflected the landscapes and visual geometry of the Washington area before he returned to his more abstract "Landscape Vision" series.
