A major non-profit organization with a focus on international politics is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join their Communications team as a Creative Operations Coordinator, to assist the team with day-to-day operations surrounding the production of event content.
The Creative Operations Coordinator will help manage evolving content requests to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing project management tools and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure strong communication and delivery of creative assets. This individual will also manage various administrative tasks.
This is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays during typical weeks. The employer's offices are in a building that it owns, which is located a short walk from Union Station and two other Metrorail stations. Applications received from individuals not currently living in Washington, DC, Maryland or Virginia will not be reviewed.
This engagement is structured differently than most temporary assignments. Instead of being paid only for the hours you work (which is the staffing industry norm), you will paid for working 40 hours each week even if you actually work fewer hours.
We are suggesting a weekly rate range of between $1400 and $1700 for an expected average of 40 hours/week.
Applications submitted at the Brainstorm website are reviewed within three days of receipt, and the firm keeps applicant details on file for future consideration if they aren't a fit for currently available opportunities.
