A federal judge on Sunday threw out the Justice Department’s lawsuit seeking to segregate ballots and delay certification of Alaska’s Senate race, the latest legal rebuke to a rash of Trump administration attempts to meddle in the 2026 midterms.
In all of these cases, we have repubelicans here celebrating bogus indictments that are later dismissed for lacking cause or merit. Bringing charges or making accusations without clear proof is their propaganda folly because, as we see in the above case, these lawsuits never get beyond the initial phases. They are frivolous and all comprised of bs narratives and political theater designed to give their base something to make them believe they are 'winning'. Their base RARELY follows these cases through to their ultimate conclusion: GETTING TOSSED OUT OF COURT FOR NO CAUSE.
Jim Comey's, Leticia James, 6 democratic congresspeople who reminded troops of the UCMJ requirements on not following illegal orders, and the list is seemingly endless. They all go the way of the DC Subway Slinger or the Reflecting Pool Slasher-IF they even get to a jury, which most of them do not.
So remember folks, don't count those chickens before they're hatched because when brought by repubelican legal charlatans, all of them never hatch. Celebrate that instead.
