Open to working with a contractor who can handle multiple trades or individual contractors who can complete a specific portion of the project.
Partnership terms are negotiable. Let me know how you can participate, whether through labor, materials, deferred payment, or another arrangement. I’m open to securing your agreed financial interest with the property through appropriate written/ recorded documentation.
This could lead to ongoing work. If this project and partnership work out, my goal is to complete four properties per year and build lasting relationships with dependable contractors.
