Remove all wood wall panels and drywall throughout the property, including around the stairs, to expose wall studs.
• Remove lay-in ceiling tiles and ceiling panels.
• Disconnect and remove 7 old radiators.
• Remove main-level carpet.
• Remove 3 toilets, 1 bathtub, 1 countertop, 1 refrigerator and 1 stove, water heater.
• Remove all desks, work tables and boxes of paper from the bedrooms.
• Includes all debris loading, hauling, disposal fees and final cleanup.
Do not cut, remove or disturb existing electrical wiring, plumbing pipes or other mechanical systems except for the specifically listed fixture/radiator removals and authorized disconnections.
Do not remove or disturb load-bearing walls’ structural framing, studs, beams, posts or other supports. Bedroom floors must remain as-is.
Detached home with a basement walkout to the backyard and rear alley access. Backyard space is available for a dumpster.
Property is approximately 2,853 sq. ft. across three levels, including a roughly 1,035 sq. ft. basement. Bedroom floors will remain untouched.
That is the total floor area, not the square footage of drywall or ceilings to be removed.
