We’re doing an event today and tomorrow Sunday at fiesta dc on Pennsylvania Ave and 4th street.
1st shift starts at 5am or 6am until 3pm
2nd shift is from 12pm-9pm
The first 4 hours we will be unloading our equipments and start setting up tent and tables and fryers. Putting up banners. And we’ll start cooking around 9am.
We need 2 grill masters, 1 person who can handle the deep fryers(ready to fry items). 1 person handling the drink station. And 3 servers.
