This is a fast-paced position requiring someone who can move with purpose, manage their time effectively, and complete thorough cleanings within strict deadlines.
I am looking for someone who takes initiative, notices the smallest details, and does not need constant direction or supervision.
POSITION DETAILS:
- PAY: $20 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize furnished rental properties between guest stays.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Change bedding and prepare beds neatly and professionally.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all necessary surfaces.
- Restock guest supplies and organize furnishings.
- Inspect every room to ensure the property is spotless and guest-ready.
- Identify and report damage, missing items, or maintenance issues.
- Complete all assigned work efficiently before incoming guests arrive.

- MUST BE QUICK ON YOUR FEET AND ABLE TO WORK AT A BRISK PACE.

- Must be punctual, honest, dependable, and responsible.
- Must have professional cleaning experience; short-term rental experience is highly preferred.
- Must be physically capable of performing active cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, walking, and standing.
- Must work independently without constant supervision.
- Must pay close attention to details and follow instructions.
- Must understand that rental turnovers are TIME-SENSITIVE and cannot be delayed.
- Must have reliable transportation; personal vehicle strongly preferred.
- Must communicate promptly and professionally.
