Private living arrangement ideal for responsible individual (intern, medical/law student, visiting executive or someone moving to Washington for a temporary/short-term stay) to rent a fully-furnished, large, sunlit bedroom (queen-size bed with ample closet space, computer desk and wardrobe) with a PRIVATE, full bath (en-suite) beautifully-decorated, private residence located in a unique, historic, highly-desirable art deco building (circa 1932) with plenty of architectural charm and style on Connecticut Avenue in Cleveland Park.

Ideal location - only two (2) blocks north of the Cleveland Park Metro Station (Red Line). The Van Ness/UDC Metro Station (Red Line) is only three (3) blocks north of the apartment. Convenient Metrobus service and stops. Only steps away from many Cleveland Park neighborhood shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, Giant Foods, Streets Market, CVS drug store, banks (Bank of America, Truist and Chase), liquor store, wine store, salons, health clubs, dry cleaners, public library and Rock Creek Park. The Cleveland Park Farmers Market is open every Saturday from mid-April through mid-December.

$1,425.00 per month PLUS a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee. Security deposit of one month's rent is also required. I would prefer a month-to-month lease. NO SMOKING AND PETS!

Monthly rental includes ALL utilities in addition to WIFI and digital cable television through ASTOUND (formerly RCN) PLUS ROKU. I will also furnish all bedroom and bath linens at no extra charge. The apartment has air conditioning (window units) and also seasonal steam (radiator) heat along with a fully-equipped galley style kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave oven) all available for your use.

The building has 24/7 complimentary Lobby Concierge Service with controlled access entry (secure fob entry and Resident Call Box), Laundry Room (coin-free, app-based machines), 24/7 Fitness Center and secure Bike Room.
