Selling a beautiful, authentic 2014 Vitra Eames Plastic Room Armchair Rod (RAR) rocking chair in exceptional, like-new condition. This piece has lived a very quiet life in a smoke-free, pet-free home and has hardly ever been sat on.
This is a highly customized, unique variation of the timeless mid-century modern classic:
• The Base & Shell: Classic molded black plastic ergonomic shell supported by a brilliant chrome wire Eiffel base.
• The Runners: Upgraded with bespoke, handmade solid wooden walnut runners custom-crafted in Amsterdam. They have a gorgeous, rich deep grain that elevates the look far beyond the standard factory maple options.
• The Throw: Included with the chair is a premium, ultra-plush genuine sheepskin throw purchased locally in the Hudson Valley, New York. It adds incredible warmth, texture, and comfort.
Condition: Excellent/Mint. No deep scratches, blemishes, or structural wear. It rocks smoothly and perfectly.
