Vanguard Assessment and Management is hiring for three jobs:
• **Cold calling** homeowners about free home energy assessments
• **Appointment setting** — booking visits for our team
• **Passing out flyers** in neighborhoods across DC and nearby Maryland
What matters most: you can speak well with homeowners, you bring **good energy and a good spirit**, and you're **patient and committed**. Sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person.
