This is a 3-bedroom apartment at Grayhawk Apartments. There are a ton of amenities, including a steam room, pool, and sauna. It sits right on the Virgin River Trail and is conveniently located next to Smith's grocery store at Mall Drive and Riverside Drive.

There are currently two roommates in their 20s. Both have jobs and mostly keep to themselves. I am in my 30s and moving out to get my own place. Most of the furniture will come with me, so you get a blank slate to work with.

You get the master bedroom and private bathroom, with a walk-in closet, and the parking space. The apartment is on the second floor, so you have a balcony (facing west away from the parking lot).

6 MONTHS LEFT ON THE LEASE

We just cleaned the carpets ourselves. You will be responsible for utilities on top of rent (usually around $100). We split everything equally 3 ways.

No pets, as one roommate is allergic.

The complex will require an application to ensure the new household income meets their threshold (2.5x rent I believe).
