The Apartment: Two bedroom, one shared bathroom, common room, kitchen, back porch/deck, located 1 block north of Logan Circle. The closest metro is Shaw/Howard or U St/Cardoza stations both 6 minute walks from the apartment - green/yellow lines. Dupont metro station is a 15 minute walk from the apartment and is the red line. McPherson Square metro station is 15 to 20 minute walk from the apartment and is the blue/orange/silver lines. Easy walk to many coffee shops and restaurants, clubs and bars (14th St and U St corridors are two blocks away - great night life of DC), Whole Foods is the closest grocery 3 blocks from the apartment, Traders Joes and Giant are 10 minute walks. A 20 min or less walk to Convention center, George Washington Univ, Chinatown, Dupont circle, Downtown. No pets (I have cat allergy), wireless internet and cable included, no laundry in the building.
The Room: (11ft X 13ft) with lots of light from two windows and a closet. The room is furnished with platform bed, dresser, mirror, and night stand (pics attached).
I am easy going 35yo male. Originally from the mid-west, but have lived quite a few places. Not overly obsessive about anything, clean, humorous, enjoy being social, but also like my quiet time, friends over sometimes.
The rent is $600, all utilities included. Available on a month to month basis.
