Hiring: On-Site Property Manager

We're a property management company looking for a hands-on manager to oversee on-site operations and keep our properties properly maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Personally perform the maintenance and repair work that comes up, including plumbing, electrical and carpentry. This is a hands-on role, not just coordinating vendors.
- When outside help is needed, hire the right vendor, supervise the work and make sure the job is completed properly.
- Handle maintenance requests and issues that require someone on site.
- Perform property inspections and stay on top of repairs and upkeep.
- Review and approve vendor bills for payment.
- Document property issues and keep supplies and work records organized.
Requirements:
- Your own car.
- Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical and carpentry work yourself.
- Ability to coordinate and supervise vendors.
- Strong organization and follow-through, with accurate handling of invoices and billing.
- Good judgment about what to handle yourself and when to bring in a specialist.
