AC Direct is a growing importer and distributor of ductless mini-split systems serving Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for experienced ductless mini-split installers, service technicians, and individuals who do both to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Install single-zone and multi-zone ductless mini-split systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair ductless mini-split systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service calls.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers and our office.
• Represent AC Direct in a courteous and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience installing and/or servicing ductless mini-split systems is required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own professional installation and service tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused.
