Custom built by a 40 year contractor only two years ago. 24’ frame/new tires/suspension etc. It has a vaulted loft and is fully insulated/framed like a house. Custom milled cedar plank and insulation/brand new wiring/electrical/house batteries/full kitchen/propane stove. On demand water/gravity feed, or plug into any rv hookup…has shore power for conventional use; was built for off grid for maximum versatility. Flushing toilet and sink/pocket bathroom. Served us well for a year while we built our house; time to find a new home for this turnkey one of a kind gem. METAL roof/dry as a bone. Fifth wheel configuration, so you’ll need the cash and a solid rig to drive it home. So NO spammers/salesmen/BS, please. I do screen calls and interior pix provided at that point. It’s cute as a button. Winter is coming, so drive it home now.
