Seniors Helping Seniors® is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to work with our non-medical home care agency serving seniors in Union County and surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for flexible, part-time/per diem work. The position primarily involves completing client assessments, developing and reviewing plans of care, and conducting required supervisory visits.
Responsibilities include:
• Conduct initial in-home client assessments
• Develop and complete client plans of care
• Conduct required RN supervisory visits and reassessments
• Complete telephone follow-up assessments, when applicable
• Review client needs and communicate any changes or concerns to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Assist the agency with maintaining compliance with New Jersey home care requirements
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and agency management as needed
Qualifications:
• Current and active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience with home care, senior care, or geriatric clients preferred
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes within our service area
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
Position: Part-Time / Per Diem
Schedule: Flexible; based on client assessment and supervisory visit needs
Location: Union County and surrounding areas, New Jersey
