Guard needed 2x per week that we can count on, that doesn't need supervision or handheld.
Duties:
Perimeter Checks:
(doors, windows, fences), Lock/unlock gates if required, Inspect for trespassing, vandalism, suspicious activity, Check lighting, safety hazards. Interior Checks:
Walk the interior of the building to ensure there aren't any signs vandalism, squatters (if vacant) or property damage.
Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and complete incident reports (as needed).
