Wanted: Storage Space-Brooklyn-closest to Brighton Beach or on Q line (Brighton Beach-Midwood)

Looking for storage for personal belongings, furniture, business files, etc., need about nearly 500 sq. feet or a two car garage. I will only access it occasionally. I'm in Brighton Beach, closer the better but am on Q line so anything on that is fine too.
