WANTED — Small Shared Workshop Space | Boynton / Delray / Lantana

Looking to rent approximately 100–200 sq. ft. of workspace inside an existing workshop, warehouse, studio, cabinet shop, sign shop, or similar light-industrial space.
I have a compact CO₂ laser engraver/cutter used for small-scale engraving and product work. It's computer controlled, clean, and relatively quiet. No employees, customer traffic, heavy machinery, or automotive work.
What I need:
Approximately 100–200 sq. ft.
Access to a standard 120V/20A circuit
Ability to vent a small exhaust duct outdoors
Reasonable access to the workspace
Secure location
Lantana, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach or nearby preferred
I'm particularly interested in sharing unused space with an established woodworker, cabinetmaker, sign maker, artist, engraver, fabricator, or other craftsman/business that has a little extra room.
Looking to spend approximately $300–$500/month, depending on the space, access and amenities.
I'm mature, responsible, employed full-time, and looking for a straightforward arrangement that benefits both parties.
