WANTED: Small Private Studio Space, 6-Month Lease (Asheville)

What I need:
~ Minimum 200 sq ft, private and standalone (not a shared suite or rotating schedule)
~ Full-time access, 7 days a week
~ Private bathroom strongly preferred, shower a big plus
~ Parking on-site or nearby
~ Reasonable monthly rent for the space and area
What it's for: A quiet, professional space for private massage and bodywork sessions, with room to also record podcast content and do light workshop-style gatherings.
Calm, clean, and low-key is exactly what I'm looking for, doesn't need to be fancy.
Open to short-term or month-to-month leases that can run 6 months, sublets, or landlords open to a shorter first-term lease. Also open to garage conversions, converted outbuildings, small standalone units, or similar creative spaces if they meet the above.
