Wanted: complete Android phone extraction (forensics R&D), 50-200$ (New York City)

I am looking for a complete extraction of a used Android phone. I am not buying the phone, only a copy of its data. This is for the development of forensic investigation software.
I pay between 50 and 200 dollars depending on the phone: years of use, how heavily it was used, amount of data.
Everything goes through a confidentiality agreement. It forbids me from using the phone data outside the use set out in that contract.
To reply, send the phone model, occupied storage (in GB), and how long you have had the phone and used it. I will then send the contract and the steps to run the extraction and send it to me.
