- Type of rental I am looking for and price range: A small apartment under 1300$ a bachelor sro studio or loft under 1100$, a 2br under 1700, a 3 br under 2500$ or just a room under 900$
- Location: Central vancouver, (UBC to Burnaby hieghts), or anywhere Burnaby New West or Richmond as long as its a short walk to the skytrain)
- What rental start date I am looking for: Anytime.
- How long I have been renting at my current place: 5 years.
- Why I am moving: To be more central.
- What I do for work: General labor security and forklift work.
- My activities: I am out most of the time, biking, hiking, swimming, playing hockey etc.
- What I am like as a renter: I pay rent early and on time, quiet, clean, responsible, polite etc.
