Vintage Leitz Leicina 8S 8mm Movie Camera with Case - TESTED & WORKING.
Description:
Up for sale is a beautiful, classic 1960s Leitz Leicina 8S Regular 8mm movie camera package. This is a premium, ready-to-shoot bundle perfect for a film enthusiast or a high-end Leica collector.
CONDITION OVERVIEW:
All batteries have been replaced, lenes cleaned and tested.
IMPORTANT TRANSPARENCY NOTES FOR COLLECTORS:
Viewfinder: There are two tiny, sharp, oval-shaped black specks visible in the viewing field. These are microscopic flakes of original internal paint/foam common in 1960s cameras. They are strictly cosmetic inside the viewing path and have absolutely zero effect on the actual film exposure or final image quality.
Film Indicator: The left-hand film run indicator column is mechanical and stays stationary when run empty. It is designed to activate only when an actual roll of 8mm film is loaded and turning the internal spindles.
Note: I am not an expert on this movie camera, but I can show you how to open, and break it down. There are multiple instructional videos online.
