Everything is connected and ready to run retro emulators (MAME, RetroFe, etc.)
Build your own arcade cabinet, or use a Tankstick x-arcade (also available for an additional $100, in it's original box - it has buttons and joysticks for two people to play, plus a trackball). (You could also just install your favorite emulator and use a keyboard and mouse to play games immediately, or plug in some USB based controllers.)
What's included:
Dell OptiPlex 7040 Intel i7 6700 3.4 Ghz, 16 gig of ram running Windows 10. (Bios is already set to power on after a loss of power so it's good for an arcade cabinet)
DVD reader (in case you've got old games on discs you want to play)
Phillips Magnavox TS2554 C101 (25" CRT TV)
Wakabavideo VGA to composite/svideo (RGB to YPbPr) transcoder with VGA and RCA cables to connect between the PC and the TV
Radeon HD 5450 video card (yes it works with CRT Emudriver)
Dell 1704FVPt monitor (17" display), and DVI cable to connect to the video card.
CRT emudriver already installed on the PC so it can run Windows and display it on the CRT TV without needing a second monitor. However, a second monitor, the 17" Dell, is included along with the DVI cable. The Wakabavideo box converts from VGA to composite input on the TV (the TV can also accept an Antenna input if you have an old console that can connect via coax).
Mame has been tested and runs, but you may need to play around with the video settings or CRT Emudriver for a crisper image.
If you want just pieces of the above I'm open to reasonable offers.
