Flexible Schedule | Hands-On Training | Opportunity for Growth
Seeking a dependable, motivated individual to assist part-time with a variety of ongoing projects around my property. Work will include landscaping, general property maintenance, barn renovations, light construction, and other improvement projects.
No prior experience is required. However, familiarity with lawn equipment, tractors, power tools, or basic construction practices would be beneficial.
More importantly, I’m looking for someone who:
* Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.
* Understands the importance of safety and following instructions.
* Is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
* Has a positive attitude and takes initiative.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing practical skills, gaining hands-on experience, and learning to safely operate a variety of tools and equipment.
Scheduling is flexible, making this a potentially great fit for a college student, trade school student, or someone with full days or extended blocks of time available.

Compensation: Minimum of $12/HR or more based on experience and abilities, with payment made daily.
Must be 18 years or older.
