Boarding for cattle

Is there anyone that wants to board cattle on their acreage in trade for calves born?
I have Jersey and Angus and their crosses.
I work along with boarding families to help start them out raising their own herd.
Looking for a family that wants to get started eventually having a Jersey milk cow of their own and some beef.
Not considering already established herds.
