2002 Salem Lite 19 ft camper. Bought earlier this year to use as a temporary residence.

Has working fridge/freezer, microwave, 3 burner gas stove with an oven and roof ac unit. Water works throughout, as does tank drainage systems. It will include a very nice drainage hose. I have tested the shower which also works.

The furnace kicks on but needs a new thermostat (about 20 bucks) and ive never lit it as it wasnt necessary. I have not gotten the water heater to light either, though I did not try to extensively or seek expert advice.

The tiling in the main area was removed. Has good floors throughout, ive just had rugs down. Bathroom roof fan does not work. Could use some work to make it prettier but functionally it is a solid camper.
