This boat works perfectly and is a fishing machine, it has all of the bells and whistles.
I am the second owner, I purchased the boat in 2022 after the gentleman who owned it had passed away. He had already tricked out the boat through Newport Marine and RV.
Fuel efficient boat, usually get around 3 miles to the gallon when running. I ran for tuna in July in a rough ocean with several hundred pounds of ice, found fish 68 miles from the jetty in Newport. Trolled all day and returned with a 1/3 tank remaining. Have had the boat up to 42MPH on a flat ocean headed in from off shore halibut fishing. It cruises beautifully and efficiently at 28-30. If you are not familiar with the Seahawks design, the deep V really cuts the water well for an aluminum boat.
I really love this boat and will be sad to see it go. Time to get the wife some horses.
