We are a locally owned junk removal and property cleanout business looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team. If you like working outdoors, staying active, and helping people clear out spaces, this is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Heavy Lifting & Loading: Haul furniture, appliances, debris, and general unwanted items from residential and commercial properties into our truck/trailer.
Property Cleanouts: Safely navigate stairs, tight hallways, and yards while moving bulky items without damaging property.
On-Site Professionalism: Represent the business with a clean appearance, strong work ethic, and polite, respectful communication with clients.
Basic Equipment Care: Assist with securing loads (strapping, tarping) and maintaining tools and equipment.
Requirements
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Clean Driving Record: Valid Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required for driving company vehicles/rigs.
Reliability: Punctual, honest, and dependable. Show up ready to work on time.
Client Skills: Friendly attitude, respectful behavior, and good communication skills.
Tool Familiarity: Comfortable using basic hand tools, straps, and tie-downs is a plus.
