Property Description:

For six and a half years this house was my home. Now I'm looking for the right person to make it theirs. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch on a quiet court in the Jones Dairy Farm neighborhood of Wake Forest. Everything is on one level, it sits on 0.7 acres, and there's no HOA. The yard is the best part. Out back you get a wide open lawn plus a fenced area for pets, a garden, or a grill on summer evenings. There's a shed for tools and plenty of parking for guests. Out front, the covered porch is made for rocking chairs and morning coffee. Inside, the kitchen has stainless appliances and lots of counter space. The primary bedroom has its own full bath, and the other two bedrooms work for guests, an office, or a hobby room. Central heat pump and AC, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer. New roof and fresh siding paint in 2021. Public water and sewer. Minutes from shopping, parks, and commuter routes. About me as your landlord: I'm not a management company. I'm one person who cares about this house. You'll deal with me directly, and repairs are handled by my dad, who runs a local HVAC business. I'll give notice before coming by, respect your privacy, and handle your deposit fairly with a full itemized accounting. In return I'm looking for someone who will treat the place with care, pay on time, and talk to me when something comes up.
