We are looking for an experienced, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to manage construction/remodeling projects, crews, suppliers, schedules, budgets, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple construction/remodeling projects from start to completion
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and schedules
Monitor project deadlines, budgets, and quality
Create estimates and manage material/product substitutions
Maintain accurate project information in CRM
Communicate with customers and provide project updates
Resolve problems quickly and professionally
De-escalate customer complaints and difficult situations
Conduct quality-control inspections and manage punch lists
Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Supply, and field teams
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crew Leader, Site Superintendent, or Construction Project Manager
Construction/remodeling experience
Experience with CRM/project-management systems
Ability to prepare and understand estimates
Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Willingness to complete a background check
Military experience is preferred, but not required
Compensation: $6,500–$12,000/month, depending on experience, qualifications, responsibilities, and performance.
